The issue with manual forklifts is extremely tricky!

The manual forklift runs from the arrow direction to the position marked by the red box and stops without any error reporting !

The forklift stops because the next pathway (Pathway Area #11) does not have any available capacity. (Capacity is limited to 1)

@Este But there are no resources occupied on the next path segment. Is this a bug? Actually, I have encountered this several times

Probably caused because the idle/charging location is not on any pathway. Add a new pathway that goes to the idle/charging location, and the issue will be fixed.
