Hi. I´m struggling to put a Process Node via Plug&Play on top of a crossing conveyor. Can anyone help me with that? Thank you
Hello. Putting a process node on the Crossing Conveyor is unfortunately not possible with the current version of Crossing Conveyor. Joining a process node on a conveyor would require a one-to-many interface behavior with a ‘Processor’ field (similarly to the basic Conveyor component). However, making this modification to Crossing conveyor does not make it work either, as the python-scripted control logic behind Crossing Conveyor does not allow this.
In case you have VC Professional or above, you may create a custom in-line process by editing this part of the Crossing Conveyor Python script:
However, in case you need the process node for transporting products in/out using a robot/human/MR/interpolating transport controller, this feature is not yet supported in the crossing conveyor.
