Hey, Is there a way to change where a product is picked from? Currently products are being picked from the side, I want them to be picked up from the top in the centre. Is there a way to do this? I am using a robot transport controller so I am not teaching a robot or programming.
The robot transport controller manual in VC Academy has instructions on how this can be done with the robot TC.
One way is to modify the PickApproachDirection parameter in the transport link properties. Alternatively, you can create a frame “pick” to the product, and the robot will pick it from there.
