Load data error

Hi there,
We have a data 200M, and the computer is OK. But when we restart the data, there are so many components disppeared. The name in the catogary is OK, but the 3D is disppeared.
The errors " Reading node: machine_door #20
Reading node class
Loading geometry: geo-45500704-B379-48E9-A374-AACB9220A03D
Reading geometry file: vcid:1a04d3b9-a787-4dcd-8ea0-366fcc5033a3#geometry_3535
VCID not found."
There are hundreds of errors like that. Is there operation error to the data? Is that possible to avoid this situation? Thank you.

Hello,
Are the disappeared components from eCatalog or components with custom geometries?
The error suggests that the layout has been saved without “Include Components” option on. That means, component geometries from older versions of eCatalog models are not saved with the layout, and any imported CAD geometries are not saved with the layout.
It is recommended to save it always with “Include Components” on, if the layout is shared with anyone else.
To restore the layouts, please check the tutorial by keke:

Hi,
Thank you so much.
There are components from eCatalog and defined GEOs. Try the way that in the link. But it doesn’t work, is there possible to recover the data?

Option 1: The author of the layouts has to save the layouts again with “Include components” on
Option 2: Enable the right version of legacy eCatalog in the sources, and for components with user-defined geometries, move the component .vcmx files in the “My Models” folder of the current VC version.

If these options do not work, I could take a look at a sample layout file and see if there’s some other problem with loading the components.
