I have this file
VisualComponentsAcademy.vcmx (2.6 MB) where the flow is following:
A sorter is used to fill up lane 1, lane 2 and lane 3 by two cylinders at a time.
Then I want to have a batch conveyor to make a e.g. 3x4 matrix for me and when done, send it down to the robot for pickup.
I was looking at the Bladder Stopper, but that only allows 1 part to get down the line and then stop the next one. What I would like to have in my simulation is to have a batch of 3x4 e.g. down the line.
What kind of components should I use? There was a Product Batch Conveyor, but that one has a bug in it, such that the components goes through the stopper after a timeout, but the parts are then floating further down the line, totally off.
Is there another component that can do the trick for me or any ideas to have a feeder, that spits parts out and then a conveyor system that sort all the cylinders into a matrix without too much stopping of parts?
