Yes, Academy section is for Academy topics, for example additional questions related to a tutorial bug in tutorial or request for new tutorial. To the op question, yes, you can use a human worker. And as fernet_mies mentioned, a human worker can do Feed and Need type tasks as well as Process type tasks. But only a robot can do Pick and Place type tasks.
