Workpiece stuck on Conveyor

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a project where I need to pick up workpieces from a conveyor belt using a custom robotic arm with a vacuum gripper. The workpieces are arriving continuously on the conveyor.

The problem I’m facing is that while the vacuum successfully grabs the workpiece, when I try to lift it, the entire conveyor seems to come up with it, as if the workpiece and the conveyor are somehow stuck together.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any idea what could be causing this? Any tips or solutions would be really appreciated.
