Now it is possible to charge AMRs/forklifts at the processes.
How to use
- add wireless charging station component
- component must have Boolean Charger property, which value is True
- component must have a Real property MaxChargingDistance
- connect the charging location to the TC
- move the charging location on the resource location of a process
- see the Power::IsCharging property value to check if the AMR is charging
PohlCon’s WCPS updates
There have been PohlCon’s Wireless Charging Protection Systems (WCPS) components already in the 4.7 eCat.
- Now they are also charging when the AMR is picking, placing, idling or processing, not just as charging location when the battery is empty.
- They have MaxChargingDistance property to define the threshold for the distance when to charge
- They are not detected anymore as obstacles. (PMSoftObstacle = False) That means, that the resources can route through them, not just as destination.
