I don’t think that is possible.

Try this (you should have at least VC Professional to access the Modeling tab)

  1. Copy an existing drawing template and open it in VC. Existing templates are found under Documents\Visual Components\4.9\My Templates\Drawings
  2. Import your DWG file
  3. Copy and Paste your logo, text, etc from your DWG file to the existing template
  4. Delete your imported DWG component from the layout
  5. Save the layout (the 3D world should have only the modified template). While saving, enter the Project Name and Description. Save the vcmx file to DocumentsVisual Components4.9My TemplatesDrawings.
  6. Launch VC and go to the Drawing tab. Select LoadTemplate. You should see your custom drawing template in the list of Template

NOTE: The drawing template should have specific geometries, and this is why you cannot use your templates as is.

Thank you for this idea,

this solves some of my problems.
With this Method you can import custom borders and titleblocks. Thats great so far.

But my main issue is, that we need the exported DWG file to include our own Dimension-Styles wich base on the AutoCAD Mechanical DIN (AM_DIN) Style.

The exported DWG File uses the ANSI-Standard (AM_ANSI)
It would be great at least, when the DWG-Export uses the Standard DIN-Style (AM_DIN) of AutoCAD Mechanical.
