Unhandled exception after Start recording a video

Hi guys,

Any ideas why this is happening every time I want to record a video. I´m using VC 4.4 Essentials.
I tried open layouts from eCatalog and record video and still same. I looks like recording option is completely broken.

Unhandled exception occurred:System.ArgumentException: Value does not fall within the expected range.

Maybe try a different file name or folder where to save the video? There may be some issue for example with special characters in the folder name.
If nothing else works, you can report the issue to the VC support at support@visualcomponents.com
They should be able to help with the issue.
