TransportNode error: Product instance has no transport solution

Hi All,

I’m currently working on process modeling for a product flow (in VC Professional 4.6).
I’ve two similar processes, one next to the another, where product is created on the conveyor, transported to the From Conveyor process and transported to To Conveyor process.
Unfortunately, one of them is not working, I get the Output message - TransportNode error: Product instance has no transport solution.
I cannot figure out what is the issue with my layout/process.
Please, I’d appreciate a lot if someone could take a look and help me understand what’s wrong.

Hi,

There are a couple of issues over here, one is that Transport flows transport specific products on them, for example the “FullPallet” comes via Main Flow, but the flow of “Product Type #1” is defined via SFP#1 flow. This means that Main Flow is only for full pallets while SFP#1 flow is for something called “Product Type #1”
