Can some one suggest me where can i get the training to use this software? there are few complicated things which I am not able to solve by just watching the youtube videos

I have already sent two requests to the Services link requesting customized training for myself and 1 other colleague, with no response; it has been almost 2 weeks. Is there any other contact for customized training?
