The TCP point of the last product is wrong, but I can’t find the cause of the problem, can anyone help me

The assembly has finished products as a child step under the unfinished products, and this is causing the system to behave in a wrong way. I don’t think you are supposed to put the finished steps on top of the unfinished products, instead, these are alternatives.
To fix it, you should move the finished product step to be on the same level as the unfinished products, and not after.
