We have often the situation that we have to show how a group of machines which are doing the same process step, is utilized.
For this group, we need to display the standard parameters according to SEMI E10, like “Manufacturing Time”, “Set-Up”, “Scheduled Downtime”, “Unscheduled Downtime”.
It would be very nice to have only one chart with stacked barcharts with these values, one for each machine.
Is there anywhere a template for such a chart?
