Hey Guys, please help, I’ve been struggling to get the Statistics function to work with a Custom Component that I gave a node:
As far as I am aware, the statistics function need only be connected to a container to function (just like the Process Nodes), however I’ve been struggling to get it to work regardless of what I attempt.
The Statistics function is working because as the simulation goes on, it is incrementing it’s “TotalStateTime” variable, however it never increments PartsEntered/PartsExited among many other functions.
At this point, I think I went back and tried to behaviour-by-behaviour copy what a Process Node contains to try and get the Statistics function to work, yet it doesn’t, so I feel I’m just missing a simple, but crucial, step.
Update: During the making of this post, the floating Processor Node at the station (“Orange”) has started generating statistics, but the one on the actual conveyor line with product running through it (“Conveyor”) has yet to gather any data.
Neither is posting anything to the graphs or excel files.
