What can be done with this component?
-Automatically create component groups by loading component into an existing layout.
-Quickly create statistics dashboards based for these groups
-Create custom expressions using group properties and component properties.
How to use the component?
a) To create standard group statistics
1a) Load component into existing layout.
2a) Accept prompt to create standard resource groups.
3a) Statistics dashboards for standard statistics can be viewed in the dashboards.
-To create new groups or change group properties, you can go to the groups tab.
b) To create expressions
1b) Enable the ‘Show Advanced’ from the default tab.
2b) Go to the expressions tab and click create new statistic.
3b) Add an expression that defines the statistic (use the ‘=’ sign to define the statistic).
-Note that variables can be referenced in separate expressions. The variable, however, needs to be defined prior to its reference.
-Note that the ‘Data Sources’ tab can be used to copy variables to the expression.
c) Creating custom dashboards
1c) Go to the ‘Output’ tab.
2c) Click on ‘create custom dashboard’.
3c) Give the dashboard a name, a type and select which statistics to be included.
