Sky Bridge can't remove the stair bridge railing

Hi everyone.
I had a problem when following the instructions in the Visual Components training, where the sky bridge railing could not open on both sides, it could only open on one side.

Doing it like this works for me. After connecting the 2nd skylane to the skybridge, moving the 1st skylane away then re-placing it next to the skybridge opens the closed-side.

it’s look like somethings wrong in my local pc installation.
i’ll check it later.
