Hi,
I’m currently working on a palletizing unit where some slave pallets are fed into the system using a shuttle conveyor. Right now, whenever the palletizing is done, the shuttle returns to the position where the feeder for pallets is connected before returning to the other connected port to convey it to the next section of rollers. From testing I’ve noticed that this happens because the shuttle conveyor is waiting for a new pallet to be generated by the feeder, instead of continuing with the process flow.
