Left Conveyor, Right Conveyor & Left Picker, Right Picker get a same setting.
but The left conveyor transition signal is not working.
What’s the reason? 
It sounds strange, but if you just look at your pictures, you can only guess, because the questions are varied, for example, what methods do you use to trigger the signals, and what logic do you write about these signals, whether they are logical conflicts and so on.
If you can give a small simulation environment, you can get better help.
