ROS wrapper integration with Visual Components

I was wondering if there is anyone who have tried implementing ROS within Visual Components?
Aka some sort of ROS wrapper.

Yes, there are many good features already. Just curious.

I was interested in getting real life values from a stereo camera (ZED) or something,
and feed the values directly into VC. Or maybe control a vehicle using keyboard-teleop.
I find that ROS to simplifies things like this

try this by using python or connectivity?

With .Net you may can realise control the vehicle by keyboard…
