Robot not moving to position when program line selected

Dear Support team,

Facing an issue when i selected the motion line in program generally robot moves to that position. But now only the tcp frame is moving to that position, robot is not moving. when is restart the software everything’s works okay for sometime then again same issue appears.

Can anyone help me on this how to make it correct.

If you select the motion mode at the top of the program as Jog rather than Move, it will be solved.
