Robot gripper

i have a fanuc crx set up with a 2 finger gripper. the gripper does not seem to want to grip the pallet when it is alligned perfectly. it closes and appears to grip it but then when it is time to move it just passes through the pallet.

Beside send signal to gripper to activate the animation, you also need to send signal to pick the workpiece, for example, 1-16.
