Robot couldn't reach position


I have a robot picking and placing a part (over Record routine) and do some magic in between, so normally if robot couldn’t reach a position in output panel a message is displayed and Simulations tops (what is ok):

But if I manipulate robot position before simulation start so that a position couldn’t be reached simulation still is running and the robot hangs without the panel print (and without stopping simulation) in current movement (in ptp like screenshot below)… :confused:

So the question is what I have to update/todo after repositioning robot so that VC also notice that robot couldn’t reach position or is there some useful event as it is normal!?
