Regrip Troubles

I’m trying to model a robotic manufacturing process and one of the parts needs to be flipped so I am trying to use a regrip to place the part then pick the part back up from the bottom. I program all my points and the simulation will run through well once but as soon as I restart the simulation I will get an error code saying the “Position is out of reach of the robot”, but if I move the point just a little bit and touch up the point it will be fine again. It will keep doing this over and over. The positions are well within reach of the robot.
