Questions about box wrapper

Hello,I am a green hand learning Visual Components,I have some questions about one of the models of vc4.10 called box wrapper,it can wrap boxes from the previous process,but I want the finished box to be moved to the next process,I set up a robot to stack those finished boxes,but it failed,the key reason may be that the finished can’t be recognized.

Anyone here can fix this problem?thx a lot .

I think one of the problems is that the product comes from the Box Wrapper at the same time as the Feeder produces a new product, and they get a bit mixed up. You could try setting a limit in your Feeder, to stop producing when the first products arrive from the Box Wrapper (the limit should be around 15).

It would also be better to divide your products into different flows and to rename your processes. It’s not ideal to have the same name for the “pick” and “place” processes where the 6-axis robot is and where the delta robots are. The product have to go through both, so that should also be visible in your Flow Editor.
