I am getting this error when trying to push a product from a conveyor to a parallel cross conveyor
Hi,
Try to push it to a regular conveyor first that is then attached to the crossing
Pusher → conveyor → crossing conveyor
Try to also make the conveyor large enough that the product physically fits there.
