Process Node not taking Assembly

Hello this is my file the issue I’m having with is that at process node #5 called “process” is supposed to take one assembly before transporting it to the next node but it only takes in one product or it does not take the product at all. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.

Hello,
the problem very probably comes from your flow. I would divide it into 2 flows: one for the pallet and pallet-assembly and another one for the shipping box.
