Since the version was upgraded from 4.4 to 4.5, the time spent saving files has increased exponentially. Is there any solution?

I have the same issue.

@okekeoo @andyv Visual Components 4.5.0.1 is now released. It fixes the layout saving issue and a few other things. Feel free to share here if the fix is good.
