there is a problem in simulation. the first 2-3 cycles run fine and then the routine properties of a process shows wrong value. as shown in this figure. the stn 7 is not occupied but in routine properties it shows true value . this happens after 2-3 cycles until then this works fine.
what is the reason for this. it happens in all other stations after few cycles
