Is there any way that I can generate a PLC code from the simulation model layout itself? Please suggest if there any solution or add-on is already present.

No. The simulation is programmed quite differently from PLCs and can use different information than is available to a typical PLC program about the world.
I think making such generator would only be feasible for a specifically made component library with limited functionality and target PLC brand and existing PLC codebase. So basically a very custom job per customer.
