Picking a batch

I’ve created a palletising cell where I’m creating a batch in 4 x 4 array of boxes. I’ve snapped on the top surface of one of the boxes in the batch and set X and Y in ‘detection volume size’ to account for the full batch but the gripper only picks the box I snapped on to, not the whole batch. Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong?

The picking by default works for only one component at a time.
You either have to attach multiple parts to one component, or then enable the MultiGrasp from robot SignalActions properties.
