Parametric box gripper not working

Hi all,

I am programming a sorting cell and I am having the following issues with my parametric box gripper:

  • The Gripper places the containers from the conveyor in the sorting area correctly but when trasporting the boxes from the sorting area to the finished area the gripper does not grip the boxes and only one component that was originally inside the container. The output is set correctly
  • The components inside the box do not travel with the container

also note that I have set the detection volume to the size of the container

Does anyone know how I could fix this?
