The tool is enabling vibration assisted drilling.
Used e.g. in Aero space, where the chip size should be minimized,
and to reduce the need of coolants.
Component has a signal to start and stop the spindle,
and one integrated TCP in the end of the drill.
The white and dark grey materials seem … pretty rough.
