Move and Snap command not working while trying to model a joint

Hello,

I am trying to follow along the instructions to model a simple cartesian robot from the tutorials.

However, when I try to use the Move or Snap command to reposition the mountplate link and FlangeFrame to the center of the flange, it does not move. A red arrow appears as shown in the image below. I have selected the Move Mode to be ‘Selected’. Not sure if there is something wrong I am doing here.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

Can you check in the Align tool if the property “Set position” is activated?
