I have mounting rod fixtures that need to be populated with parts for pick and place. The are 440 parts to be mounted on a series of horizontal rods. The previously available Works Process could array the mounting. Is there a new feature that I can use to mount the parts? Currently, I only know how to mount one at a time. The image below shows the green parts mounted to horizontal rods.
Could you model that as PM Assembly Product Type and create an instance when the simulation starts?
Also with PM I guess you could use TransportPartternIn statement for each uniform grid section.
Static components you can duplicate using the pattern clone command found from the Home tab ribbon.
I now see the pattern command. I’ll try it first and then checkout the TransportPatterIn statement.
