KUKA Sim 4.10. unhandled exceptions

Hi there,

I had a trouble with the KUKA SIM 4.10. with different unhandled exceptions. Unfortunatelly, the software have only this message: Unhandled exception on starting the simulation. Value cannot be null. Parameter name: key.

A different simulation, has an another exception:
Unhandled exception on starting the simulation.‘capacity’ must be greater than zero.Parameter name: capacity

Has anybody had the same problem?
