Procedure

START area > Export group > Export project
Set parameters for export.
Confirm with Export . The WVS file is saved to the selected path.

Check file permissions and ensure the software has access rights to the paths. Run the application with administrator privileges or adjust folder/file access settings.

Thank you for your reply, there was a new problem appeared.
It has been confirmed on-site that the controller used is version 8.7, which is consistent with that in the simulation.

Can you check tab controller in robot component properties:

Even though the version numbers may look identical, they might differ internally, maybe both might show ‘8.7’, but have different build numbers or patch levels that affect compatibility.
