Hi
Often the problem is with the data generated when you start the simulation.
To make it do new data:

  1. Go to the RCS tab on the robot
  2. Uncheck RobotDataGeneration
  3. Delete the path in RobotDataFolder,
  4. Check RobotDataGeneration
  5. Start the simultion again
