Hi everyone!
I want to import an assembly (.stp-format) into Visual Components. However, when I am importing the file, it is displayed just as one block.
I want to delete several components that are not required for the simulation in Visual Components but I can only delete the whole assembly group.
Has anybody an idea how to import an assembly group but keeping the components on its own and therefore, keeping the ability to manage every component on its own?

Hi, when you import your geometry, you could try importing it with the “Structure” set on Component.
Otherwise, if you have a Professional or Premium version, you could manage what you want to keep easier and extract some geometries as components…
