I want to put acceleration/deceleration in the rotary.
I’ll talk about ‘Rotary Filling Machine’ or ‘Rotary Washer’ in the library as an example.
Value of ‘ProductRate (PPM)’ in the component properties of the Rotary washer
When changing to 20→100, we want to increase the speed sequentially by applying acceleration such as 20→30→40→…→80→90→100.
But it actually changes directly to 20→100. (100→20 deceleration is the same.)
The speed of the customer’s rotary equipment is varying, and to confirm the C/T for it, a sophisticated acceleration/deceleration change is required.
