I want to make the y-axis and z-axis move in the robot gantry as well.

Looks like you are using an old version of the robot transport controller. Maybe it’s from VC 4.2 or 4.3 version?
The old version has limitations and only supports 1-axis tracks. In VC 4.4 the controller can also use multi-axis tracks.

Even with the older version, you can still control the robot and the gantry without Process modeling by using the normal robot programming functionalities.

Can you let me know the information about it?

The VC Academy has a course on robot programming that teaches you how to create robot programs, connect to external axes, etc.
