Can’t you create another email and download another trial license?
Or ask your colleagues if you can use their email to download a trial license.

This is off-topic. Please contact the company the same way you got your license in the first place and explain the situation. The answer may or may not be favorable to you but you can at the very least try.
As for other things you can check with your professor whether your educational facilities have access to the EDU licenses.
