Could you please tell me if there are any Russian-speaking specialists in VC who could provide paid training on working in VC? It’s a bit difficult for me to figure things out using the video tutorials provided in the Academy, as additional questions constantly arise.

I am not sure. But looking at their team, there are Russian natives who can be assigned for your training needs.
