Human resource not delivering all products for Transport Pattern In with Mission - Deliver

I’m creating a warehouse logistics simulation where a human resource with a shelf trolley moves between warehouse and workstations, delivering raw materials and collecting finished goods.

Each workstation contains a “buffer” for raw materials represented by the TransportPatternIn statement.

Mission contains steps with deliver_all set to true:

{
  "type": "Deliver",
  "scope": "Specific transport node",
  "transport_node": "Process Node - RawMaterialIn #1::TransportNode",
  "component": "Process Node - RawMaterialIn #1",
  "deliver_all": true
},

Issue: human picks up only 5 products (equal to the number of workstations) and delivers only 1 product to each TransportPatternIn, while actually it should pick 20 and deliver 4 to each.

Also tried using Start Transport In and Buffer, but the result is the same.

What could be the issue? Thanks!

I found a solution for this issue, but ran into the opposite problem.

Solution: I switched the TransportPatternIn to Buffer and increased the ParallelInputLimit. Increasing this lets the resource insert more products at once.

The resource now fully fills all buffers. However, it’s not respecting the human’s transport capacity, “overloading” the trolley. The trolley is set to have a capacity of 16, but it keeps creating more slots.
