i don’t have the following Add on:
human process modeling add on in visual components 4.9
can anyone tell me how can i get this? How to activate it?
One must pay for it, or can it be simply downloaded?

Hello, there is no such AddOn, it’s part of the software. In the eCatalog you’ll find the Human Transport Controller in the file “PM Transport Controllers” (or just “Transport Controllers” in 4.10). You can use it to control the humans with process modeling. You can find several videos on this subject in the Academy:
