Human Pose during Need/Feed Task (Works Process)

I’m having trouble with the human pose during a need/feed task. (image 1)

I want it to look like:


I tried moving the component, moving the hand targets and clicking update pose, create targets and teach carry location on the Works Human Resource.

The next time I ran the sim nothing changed.


How do I fix this?
