How can I make a human place a product onto a mobile resource, because the product just flies onto the mobile resource when the mobile resource picks, making the animation look unnatural.

If you have the mobile resource waiting in the correct location, you could change its pick time to 0s so that the moment the human releases the object it would be handed off to the mobile resource.
You’d have to tweak the position for the human drop and mobile robot pick/transport location to ensure they are identical, but it should have the desired effect:

Another challenge for this method would be the time match, right? The time human places should match the time MR arrives.
Yeah, you’ll have to get the mobile robot there beforehand. It’s a bit hacky, but you could place the idle location direction under the pick location.
