Human Controller for Depalletising / Palletising

Hi,

What should I do to remove the “ToConveyor” and “FromConveyor” processes such that my Human Controller can straight away pick from the pallet to depalletise and place it on a new pallet to palletize.

I tried removing the conveyor and the processes and link my Depalletising to Palletising process straight, however, it just get stuck.
