Is it possible for human to carry long part with the assist of a Lift Conveyor?
The human will pick from one end of part, the other end of part is supported on the conveyor lift.
Both human and lift will rise up together holding the part.
Is there anyone who can help me with this problem?
I’m not 100% sure, but I don’t think there is a build in function to accomplish this.
What you could do is have the lift conveyor actually lift the product, and have the human just performing the movement synchronous (without actually lifting the product).

Thank you for your reply. I am already using that approach, but still looks unnatural.
I was hoping if there’s an option since it the conveyor lift technically functions as a lift-assist, which should assist the operator in lifting a part.
