How to transport a part from conveyor to another conveyor?

Hi everyone,

I have a process which requires a human to pick up a box in conveyor to put in another. My human does pick up the box but does not move the box into the other conveyor. I couldn’t figure out why since I am very new in this program, I wondered if you can help me.

I’m putting an example for you to see.

Hello meli,
in your case you don’t need to add the worker as Load Assist and Unload Assist :

You only need it when a resource helps/assists another resource : Load and Unload Assist by using another resource | Visual Components Academy

and to use the Work statement, you need to select a Controller :
